After the release of Omega Crisis I’ve been busy with the house moving, it’s drained my time and energy.
More bad news to come, my car radiator blew up last Friday after I got out of highway on the way home, but thanks God I’m alright.
I think we need one more team in our in-house studio, so I decided to open up a jobs opening , if you or people you know interested to join us in our Jakarta office, please check it out.
Ok, enough babbling, this is the new mockup i did recently, touch up the UI, make some enemy, did the scrapper sprite. Basically the art is almost complete, at least for the in-game.
Hopefully this game will finish soon because I got something to get done, and no, I can’t tell you yet what it is, but it will be a great news.
Meanwhile I worked on RR project, the mabes team(the one doing omega crisis) is doing some kind of explore+build+war game, the game itself will be in fantasy theme with elves and orcs, just stay tuned.

Meet Rochette, our protagonist. She’s a female merchant with personality fitting of her profession. She’s a student of Economics with high aspiration and meticulous attitude.

My last project with the mabes team is now on beta. We spent almost 5 months(got another project in the middle of this) for this game, it’s called ‘Omega Crisis’.
It’s a tower defense type game, combine with shooter and a bit of RTS.
The part that I take in this project is level editor, project leader and explosion animation. PsychoPau do all the graphic, aaulia for the code, raide doing the character concept and proofread and MasterPuppeteer for the music.
We use flixel for the engine, AS3.0 with Flex for the compiler.
Anyway, let’s hope the sponsor will like it.

Blowing life into these two black sprite doodle as RR’s customers, trying to do differently from my usual walk animation. Using 6 frames instead usual 4 or 8 frames, I’m quite satisfy with it. Will add more if I got extra time.

My new workplace is done, still need cleaning up but we can use it tomorrow yay!
Anyway, here is the latest mockup update for the RR project(still it’s an early WIP). I hope it will finish no longer than a month.

We’re starting a new project, titled “Revenue Rochette!” (formerly called “Project Gold”).
For now what i can give is the game will be a Merchant/Vending Simulation game mixed with RPG elements set in Post-Apocalyptic Steampunk world. The game will have retro-feel and use dual-screen, mimicking Nintendo DS mechanics, that will require *a little* multitasking to play. Controls (hopefully) will be fully-mouse (or, in the actual DS, full-touch).

Just started a new blog, didn’t have much to say but really busy day ahead.
I will move out to new house and workplace in a same time, recovering from injury and working in 3 projects right now.
Here is some of it, it’s still very much early WIP
It’s a mini game where you organize some things and watched it played for itself, the style is post apocalyptic steam-punk. Hopefully I’m not too lazy to update this blog, stay tuned folks!
